A German Diet Worth The Try

This diet was created by German experts in nutrition and is said to be very popular in Germany, hence its called ‘The German diet’.  It was apparently created specifically for German ladies seeking to lose weight 7 to 10 kg within 2 weeks. I have no idea how true the previous statement is, but we have the diet plan here for you. If you are seeking to lose those last stubborn kilos, then it is worth a try!

Breakfast – a cup of tea or black coffee, a small slice of bread.
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, 80 g spinach, seasoned with a little oil.
Dinner: steak, 150 g salad of tomatoes and chopped green onions, seasoned with oil.

Breakfast: a cup of tea or coffee, a slice of bread.
Lunch: 200 grams. salad of sliced tomatoes and cabbage, seasoned with olive oil, orange or 2 tangerines, can be a big apple or a few plums.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 200 g cooked meat, 80 g. lettuce.
Breakfast: coffee or tea.
Lunch: boiled egg, 100 grams of cheese, 200 g cooked carrots, seasoned with a little olive oil.
Dinner: 250 grams. Fruit salad of apples, tangerines, bananas, pears.

Breakfast: a glass of apple juice.
Lunch: 250 g baked or boiled fish, apple, tomato.
Dinner: steak, 150 g lettuce, seasoned with a little olive oil and lemon juice.
Breakfast: a glass of carrot juice.
Lunch: 200 grams. fried chicken, 100g salad.
Dinner: a little grated carrot, seasoned with olive oil, 2 eggs.

Breakfast: a cup of unsweetened tea, toast.
Lunch: 200 grams. roast meat, 150 g salad of shredded cabbage with lemon juice.
Dinner: 150 g cheese, 100 grams grated carrots with olive oil.
Breakfast: a cup of unsweetened tea, toast.
Lunch: 200 g roast or boiled chicken.
Dinner: 300 grams of any fruit (apples, pears, plums, oranges, apricots, kiwi).
In the second week repeat the same menu as the first.
Important rules when conducting diet:
Stick to the menu without breaking the consistency of the food.
Drink mineral water between meals.
